1903 Sear made by Ralph Shipman Company, Sunbury, PA. These have a commercial type blued finish. We believe that this is a manufacturer as all sears in their packaging are the same as opposed to packaging with "Hadley Special Tool Co. Inc" (Boston Ordnance District) which have a mix of pre WW2 and WW2 sears made by misc. manufacturers. It is also interesting that some re packaging of Springfield parts was done by Schools for the Blind in at least two States.
These are original new unissued parts.
