Terms & Condition:

• Visa® & Mastercard® accepted with NO SURCHARGE Please allow up two weeks for shipping.
• Sales tax: VT orders must pay 5% and FL orders must pay 6% and this will be added when your order is manually entered into our system by a Century sales agent.
• All merchandise subject to prior sale.
• All returns subject to restocking fee and must have an Authorization number. An Authorization number may be obtained by calling our Customer Service at 1-800-527-1252.
• Any request for adjustment must be submitted promptly. No items will be accepted for return after 30 days from date of shipment.
• $75.00 minimum order.
• UPS C.O.D. Fee is now $6.00 per box

Century Condition Standards:

New or Unissued Condition: Not previously sold at retail or issued. In the same working condition as it came from the factory.

Excellent Condition: 80%-90% blue remaining, very little if any marring on the wood. Bores clean without pitting. Complete and in working condition.

Very Good Condition: 50%-80% blue remaining, minor dings in wood from handling. Bores clean without pitting. Complete and in working condition.

Good Condition: 25%-50% blue remaining, stocks marred (several dings in wood), bores slightly worn and dark, no corrosion or pitting that will interfere with proper functioning. Complete and in working condition.

Fair Condition: Very little if any bluing remaining, rough bores unless otherwise indicated, wood heavily marred. May require adjustment or replacement of parts. Metal can be pitted. Must be thoroughly inspected by a competent gunsmith prior to shooting. Failure to do so could result in bodily injury and or property damage.

Poor Condition: Major and minor replacement parts required and extensive restoration needed, metal can be pitted, principal lettering design obliterated, wood badly scratched or bruised, mechanically inoperative. Product is for sale to be used for parts or display value only.

• Our U-Fix-Em’s are a gamble, a roll of the dice, a shot in the dark. They are what they are. They could be missing any part from muzzle to buttplate! This includes bolts, floorplates, firing pins, or ANYTHING. There is only one guarantee. These guns are cheap and SOLD AS-IS, NO RETURNS for any reason. We take them off the top of the pile, NO SPECIAL REQUESTS please. Please note: FREE SHIPPING IS NOT OFFERED ON U-FIX-EM PURCHASES! A CHARGE OF $2.00 PER U-FIX-EM WILL BE ADDED.

• We will no longer reimburse shipping charges on handguns which are returned to us, unless the handgun is shipped back to us via U.S. Postal Service in accordance with our return policy.
