CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS: Handguns must be on the California approved list for sales to FFL licensees. No C&R licenses can purchase handguns. No High Capacity magazine sales over 10 rds. No sales of Ammunition delivered to Los Angeles, all of Orange County or San Francisco. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.

ILLINOIS CUSTOMERS: Ammunition sales to FFL dealers only.  No ammunition sales to C&R licenses.  No firearms sales to Chicago including Cooke County.  An Illinois FOID card must be on file for C&R Licensees to purchase C&R firearms.  Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.

MASSACHUSETTS CUSTOMERS: No sales of ammunition or High Capacity magazines to anyone. FFL Dealers may purchase handguns that are on the MA approved for sale list. No sales of rifles which accept high capacity magazines. A copy of your FID class A or B license is required for a C&R license holder to purchase a C&R firearm.

MARYLAND CUSTOMERS: We will sell used handguns manufactured prior to 1/1/85 as well as all Curio and Relic handguns to dealers only. No High Capacity Magazine Sales exceeding 20 rounds. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.

NEW JERSEY CUSTOMERS: No CETME sales. For a C&R license holder to purchase a C&R rifle. A signed written certificate on a form prescribed by the Superintendent of State Police, which identifies the purchaser, their address and FID or dealer number, and states that they are not disqualified from purchase. No C&R handguns to C&R license holders. No High Capacity Magazine Sales over 15 rounds. No Ammunition Sales to Consumer Residents of NJ as State Law Insists that ID be Presented in Person. No sales of firearms which accept hi-capacity magazines. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.

NEW YORK CUSTOMERS: We will ship C&R and used handguns to 01 FFL licensees only. A copy of your State Handgun Dealers License must be on file. NY City Dealers must have the appropriate city licenses, No Ammunition Sales to NY City. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.

WASHINGTON DC: No Sales of any products.

CONNECTICUT: No C&R pistol sales to C&R licensees. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.

Washington State: No sales of machine gun parts or parts kits.

Hi-Capacity Magazine Policy:
No magazines with a capacity over 10 rds. to CA. or MA.
No magazines with a capacity over 15 rd. to NJ.

FFL Dealers:

We require your signed FFL / C&R license on file before you can view our dealer catalog or shop online. Until we have your valid license on file you are unable to obtain dealer prices from us.

We recommend that even if you do not order with us at this time, that you still send in a copy of your current signed FFL / C&R so that when you do order firearms you will not have a delay in receiving your order. Firearms can only be shipped to the address on your license. Vermont & Florida dealers should provide a copy of their state sales tax exemption certificate. Otherwise State Sales Tax must be included with your order.

Consumers:

You are able to browse and shop our consumer online catalog. Prices for firearms have been removed as you are unable to purchase these directly from us. If you see a firearm that you are interested in, you need to visit your local Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer to order. Your local FFL store will order the firearms you want regardless if he/she deals with Century Int'l Arms Inc. and will usually charge a small handling fee. You may purchase all other non-firearm items directly from us. 

All non-firearms merchandise may be ordered directly with us via our online consumer catalog or by calling us at 1-800-527-1252.

However, you must read and sign the this release and liability waiver and mail or fax it to us with a copy of your I.D. This waiver is required to be on file with us regardless of any non-firearm item you purchase from us and only has to be submitted once.  ie: If you are ordering scopes, we still require that you send in the waiver of liability so that your account can be setup in our computer system.

Century Condition Standards:

New or Unissued Condition: Not previously sold at retail or issued. In the same working condition as it came from the factory.

Excellent Condition: 80%-90% blue remaining, very little if any marring on the wood. Bores clean without pitting. Complete and in working condition.

Very Good Condition: 50%-80% blue remaining, minor dings in wood from handling. Bores clean without pitting. Complete and in working condition.

Good Condition: 25%-50% blue remaining, stocks marred (several dings in wood), bores slightly worn and dark, no corrosion or pitting that will interfere with proper functioning. Complete and in working condition.

Fair Condition: Very little if any bluing remaining, rough bores unless otherwise indicated, wood heavily marred. May require adjustment or replacement of parts. Metal can be pitted. Must be thoroughly inspected by a competent gunsmith prior to shooting. Failure to do so could result in bodily injury and or property damage.

Poor Condition: Major and minor replacement parts required and extensive restoration needed, metal can be pitted, principal lettering design obliterated, wood badly scratched or bruised, mechanically inoperative. Product is for sale to be used for parts or display value only.

• Our U-Fix-Em’s are a gamble, a roll of the dice, a shot in the dark. They are what they are. They could be missing any part from muzzle to buttplate! This includes bolts, floorplates, firing pins, or ANYTHING. There is only one guarantee. These guns are cheap and SOLD AS-IS, NO RETURNS for any reason. We take them off the top of the pile, NO SPECIAL REQUESTS please. Please note: FREE SHIPPING IS NOT OFFERED ON U-FIX-EM PURCHASES! A CHARGE OF $2.00 PER U-FIX-EM WILL BE ADDED.
   
• We will no longer reimburse shipping charges on handguns which are returned to us, unless the handgun is shipped back to us via U.S. Postal Service in accordance with our return policy.

Shipping Policy

Order processing fees do not apply to handgun sales. Current handgun fees apply.

• All handguns must be shipped next day air UPS and are exempt from the above order processing fees.

Handgun shipping charges  are as follows as they are shipped UPS NEXT DAY AIR:

a) One handgun $10.00

b) Two - Five handguns $7.50 per handgun

c) Six or more handguns $6.00 per handgun

Return Policy:
1. All returns are subject to restocking fees. If the merchandise is returned to our warehouse in “as advertised” condition, the customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee and will not be reimbursed for the shipping charges.

2. All firearms & receivers in new condition (excluding Semi-Automatics) have a 1 year repair/replacement period from the day the product was sold to the dealer. You have 30 days to request a refund. If the merchandise is returned to our warehouse in “as advertised” condition, the customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee and will not be reimbursed for the shipping charges.

3. All Semi-Automatics (ie. L1A1's, SAR's, Dragunov's, WASR-10's) have a 90 day repair/replacement period from the day the product was sold to the dealer and have 30 days for refund. If the merchandise is returned to our warehouse in “as advertised” condition, the customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee and will not be reimbursed for the shipping charges.

4. All ammo, parts, accessories and surplus firearms have a 30 day repair/replacement/refund period. If the merchandise is returned to our warehouse in “as advertised” condition, the customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee and will not be reimbursed for the shipping charges.

5. If the person returning the merchandise is not the original purchaser, they must submit a copy of their drivers license and our waiver of liability statement.

6. The customer will only be reimbursed for the UPS published rates. (Customer needs to take the merchandise directly to a UPS facility, ship it UPS Ground, and send a copy of the shipping receipt with the RA# on it via fax, email, or postal mail).

7. All returned merchandise must be sent to the addresses given to you when obtaining an RA# by calling 1-800-527-1252. Merchandise will be refused if shipped without an RA# on the package or shipped to our Florida address. The customer will not be reimbursed for these shipping charges.

8. Replacement orders can take 7-10 business days to ship.
